National and regional legal experts meet for three days at the Second Congress of Administrative Law, aimed at public officials and administrative organizations.

The event, organized by the Legal Training Center, Nueva Esparta, is international counsel invited Hernan

Alejandro Olano García, professor at the University of La Sabana de Bogotá, Colombia.

The neogranadino expose this afternoon on the "New Public Structure in Colombia under President Álvaro Uribe: step forward or backward?". One of the organizers of the event, Ljubica Josic, stressed the need for such conferences not only in the state but also in the nation. "Many participants are from within the country and we have registered in Guatemala, Paraguay and Panama. In total there were 300 lawyers.

Among the agencies that are present in this congress of Administrative Law is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Superintendent of Banks and Other Financial Institutions (Sudeban), among others.

For this morning is scheduled the teacher intervention of the Catholic University Andrés Bello (UCAB) Mendible Victor Hernandez, who will address the topic of "Regulation of public services for the maintenance of general interest objectives".

The closure will be Saturday at noon.
