Beaches for all tastes ... beaches_margarita

If something definitely was, is and will be the main attraction of the island of Margarita, this thing certainly are its beaches. Beaches for every taste, calm, low or strong waves and waves wings, long, endless or cove-shaped curves, popular and crowded or lonely and isolated in the world, soft white sand and almost all of them, Finally beaches for every taste. In a less poetic, we have divided into groups for better distinction

Ocean beaches: They are located northeast of the island and are open to the prevailing trade wind swell from the northeast. These are: Water, Parguito, El Tirano, El Cardon and Guacuco. They are the most extensive and some like water and Guacuco are most popular.

Semi-Ocean Beaches: Located in the North Island and are open to storms from the NW but the swell from the NE is felt in them something dimmed. Among the best examples are: Pta. Playa Manzanillo, Guayacan, Puerto Viejo, Puerto Cruz, La Galera, Playa Caribe, El Tunal, La Pared, Juan Griego, La Restinga, Plata.Sin Bay certainly find one to your liking.

Caribbean Beaches: Although all beaches in the Caribbean Sea are, these are so called because it is located south of the island protected from the waves and storms from the NW. Among these one of the most renowned in Punta Arenas.Playas Semi-Caribbean: They are located SE of the island and are relatively sheltered from the storms but something open to the NW of the NE swell. The best exponents of this type are: El Yaque, Pampatar, The Grape, La Isleta, Concorde and Bella Vista.

These are just some of the best known and popular but if you rent a rustic, deep into sectors may be full of small beaches and semi-desert feel discoverer putting his name to any of them ...
